I suffered from frequent urination and nocturia and I have low sperm to ejaculate but I do not had any pain in abdomen not blood in urine so ,i went hospital doctor prescribed urimax0. 2 and urispas .he is general doctor and child specialist after I took tablet 2 days on 16. Feb (4 tablets) I noticed (17 feb) no ejaculation and libido ,i am not interest in sex and my penis not erect and am just 22 years old am worried about my sexual life please reply me how I can recover my normal sexual life and I also I do not know why I am having frequent urination. My question was (is my sexual interest returns or not )(why I am facing frequent urination and incontinence)

So no ejaculation is bcz of probably urimax that cause retrograde ejaculation, and probably bcz of a negative psychological effect ,that must have brought your mood down, so stop urimax and urispas, get investigated and evaluated completely for frequency and nocturia, get urine routine, usg kub with pvru, blood sugar, start to do things that make you happy and repeat your semen analysis with at least 21 days gap from the last one and 5 days of abstinence if you have oligospermia ,as I would like to know your detailed semen test, and advise accordingly.
